Brief Role Description
• Be the main point of contact with all official tournament hotels
• Establish a relationship with relevant hotel staff and Experience Nottinghamshire, the tournament accommodation bureau
• Put into place a clear system for accommodation bookings and amendments to bookings with stakeholder groups
• Ensure that the accommodation policy in terms of service levels for relevant stakeholder groups is delivered
• Support the staffing of an information service desk at the main tournament hotel at agreed times in the morning / evening

• To issue accreditation passes and packs as required for different groups of event personnel
• To service all approved late requests for accreditation and any changes
• To monitor the effective interpretations of access control and event benefits in line with the approved accreditation policy
• To service the Information Point with appropriate accreditation information and services throughout the event

Brief Role Description
• To manage the running of the event Press Office and provide an excellent event experience for all members of the media
• Pre-event, in liaison with the event Volunteer Manager, support the development and delivery of appropriate training for all Press Centre staff and volunteers
